George Zimmerman,is the man accused of murdering Trayvon Martin,on February 26, 2012 & was found not guilty of second-degree murder and manslaughter on today. An act of self-defense, I think not!
I am truly disgusted! Words can not express how I feel right now, as a African American woman, and a Mother. My thoughts and prayers go out to Trayvons Mother and Father. This is sickening!
The jurors decided Zimmerman didn’t “intentionally commit an act or acts that caused death” or demonstrate a “depraved mind without regard for human life”. George was found not guilty by six women. I’m wondering is any of these woman are parents. Where is the fairness?
“Justice for Trayvon!”
A friend of mine posted: 68 riots, Rodney King & now Trayvon….another reminder of how far we still have to go for meaningful change. I’m done!
